The Name of the Company is PERFECT GROWTH INVESTMENT LTD.
The registered office of the Company will be situated in Nigeria.
The objects for which the Company is established are:
A). To carry on the business of an investment and asset holding company.
To acquire, purchase, subscribe for, hold, manage, develop, improve, lease, let, mortgage, charge, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal in shares, stocks, debentures, bonds, securities, and other investments of any kind whatsoever.
B). To acquire, purchase, hold, own, develop, manage, lease, let, mortgage, charge, sell, dispose of, or otherwise deal in land, buildings, real estate, motor vehicles, cars, movable and immovable property of every description, and all other assets.
C). To invest the moneys of the Company not immediately required for its purposes in such shares, stocks, securities, real property, or other investments as the Directors may from time to time determine.
D). To exercise and enforce all rights and powers conferred by or incidental to the ownership of any such shares, stocks, securities, land, buildings, vehicles, or other assets, including the right to vote, appoint directors, and receive dividends or income.
E). To acquire all lands, properties, licences, concessions, grants, rights, privileges, and powers necessary or desirable for the attainment of the above objects and to deal with or dispose of the same in any manner deemed expedient.
To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
The Company is a private company.
The liability of the members is limited by shares.
The share capital of the Company is ₦1,000,000.00 (One Million Naira) divided into 1,000,000.
